Armouring Over The Heart
Most people I come across carry a deep wound of not feeling good enough. Most of us have experienced conditional parenting where our true needs and vulnerabilities were not met and instead we had to create a version of ourselves which we felt was acceptable in the world. We covered over our hearts with an armouring to pretend to the world we are OK. We created masks and layer upon layer of protection to hide our shame, our guilt and feelings of inadequacy. On this Kundalini Yoga course for women, Salisbury, you will begin to drop limiting beliefs about yourself and your body, come to understand the root cause of your pain, learn tools to create an inner space of self love and begin to open up the lotus flower of your heart. You will also be given a channelled essence to shift all limiting beliefs that stop you coming into Self Belief. The Real Beauty
We have lost touch with what beauty really means. The teachings of Kundalini yoga point to a very different view on beauty. Yogi Bhajan came to America in 1960s and was shocked to learn that women were called ‘chicks’. He said women are the antithesis of chicks and described the true nature of women as Eagles who soar the skies. His teachings empower women to step into their own strength, power and grace through this awesome and powerful technology that is Kundalini yoga. On this Kundalini yoga course for women, we will dive into these teachings so you can learn powerful tools to transform low self esteem to self love and self acceptance, from feeling separate to a feeling of belonging, from inadequacy to self empowerment.
Kundalini Yoga For Women
On this Kundalini Yoga course for women you will dive into the teachings of Yogi Bhajan around embracing self love and begin the journey to experience the deep love that is available within. You will also have the support of like-minded women around you to build a supportive community or sangat. This really is a safe space to let go.
The world needs you to drop the games and limitations to find your true power. As a woman, you need to learn to lead from a place of grace that comes through the heart, where love and humility lead . We need to come to a place of self love so others will be inspired to do the same. As we free ourselves, we can shine our light so brightly and our presence can heal others and transform the pain in the world.
On This Kundalini Yoga For Women Course, you will:
