Monthly Mantra Meditation Evening


These sessions are open to all for those who would like to experience the many benefits of a prolonged meditation practices through mantra.

Every month, over the next 12 months, we will be exploring different mantras as a prolonged meditation practice. Mantra is a powerful tool to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, regulate the vagus nerve, bringing deep relaxation and stillness.

These sessions are open by donation. Beginners are welcome. Bring an open heart and an open mind.

Sessions are in person in Frome or online.
